Ivan de Souza Monteiro

ivan_monteiro_web.pn...Ivan de Souza Monteiro is the Petrobras CEO. Monteiro served as the vice president of Financial Management and Investor Relations at Banco do Brasil from 2009 to 2015, where he held the positions of executive manager of the International Board, commercial superintendent, of general manager at BB's branches in Portugal and New York, and of Commercial Director. He was the chairman of the Supervisory Board of BB AG, the bank's subsidiary in Austria, served as vice president of BB Investment Bank, BB ELO Cartões Participações S.A., BB Leasing S.A. Arrendamento Mercantil, and BB Administradora de Cartões S.A.; he also served on the Board of Directors of companies of the likes of Banco Votorantim, BV Participações, BB SH-2 MAPFRE, Ultrapar, and BB Seguridade.

Solange da Silva Guedes

solange_guedes_web.p...Solange da Silva Guedes is Exploration and Production Director. She joined Petrobras in 1985, in the former Southeast Production Region (RPSE). She has held various managerial positions in Exploration and Production, including that of sector manager for the Marlim Sul Asset Reservoirs of the then Rio de Janeiro Exploration and Production Business Unit (UN-Rio), currently the Rio de Janeiro Exploration and Production Operations Unit (UO-Rio). In 2003, she took over as the Executive Manager for E&P North-Northeast (E&P-NNE), where she remained until 2008, when she was appointed Executive Manager of Production Engineering (E&P-ENGP). In 2013, she was appointed executive manager of E&P-CORP, responsible for the two departments' activities.

Jorge Celestino Ramos

jorge_celestino_web....Jorge Celestino Ramos is Refining and Natural Gas Director. He joined Petrobras in 1983 and the positions he has held at the company include that of marketing manager for the Isaac Sabbá Refinery (Reman), from 1996 to 1999. That same year, he took over as the Executive Manager for Operations at Petrobras Distribuidora, where he remained until 2002. He was then appointed as the Industrial executive manager at Petrobras Distribuidora's Lubricant Factory, where he remained until 2003. He held two other positions at Petrobras Distribuidora: Manager of the East Consumer Regional Department, from 2003 to 2005, and Manager of Marketing for Industry and Thermal, from 2005 to 2007. Also in 2007, he returned to the position of executive manager for Operations at the subsidiary, where he remained until 2014, when he returned to Downstream, taking over as the Executive Manager for Logistics.

Hugo Repsold Júnior

hugo_repsold_web.pngHugo Repsold Júnior is the executive director of Production and Technology Development. Previously, he served as the director of Corporate Affairs and as director of Gas and Power. He has been a member of Petrobras' staff since 1985. He dedicated six years to production operations in the Campos Basin, followed by eight years working in international exploration and production activities at the extinct Braspetro. He held the position of Corporate Executive Manager at the Gas and Power area between 2012 and 2015, after heading the Business Performance Executive Management and the Strategy Executive Management, in the same area, in 2011. Prior to that, he held several managerial positions at Corporate E&P from 1999, until reaching the position of General Manager of Strategy and Portfolio Management at E&P, which he led from 2006 to 2010.

Nelson Silva

fotoNelsonSilva_web.pngNelson Luiz Costa Silva is the Executive Director of Strategy, Organization, and Management System. He has a career spanning over 40 years, with 25 years of international experience, and has resided in Mexico, Belgium, Japan, Argentina, France, and England. For 17 years, he held a number of executive positions at Vale, including serving as the global commercial director for Iron Ore. He also served as the CEO of ALL-América Latina Logística and as the CEO of Embraer Europe. He was the worldwide president for Aluminum at BHP Billiton, and its commercial director of iron ore, coal, and manganese. In 2009, Nelson Silva joined the BG Group, in charge of people and of the group's business in South America. He served as the chairman of Comgás from October 2009 to November 2012, and as CEO of BG in Brazil until the group’s recent sale to Shell.

Eberaldo de Almeida Neto

diretor-eberaldo.jpgEberaldo de Almeida Neto is the director of Corporate Affairs. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from UFRJ, an MBA in Advanced Business Management from COPPEAD, and took the Advanced Management Program at the IESE Business School (University of Navarra - Spain). He has been working at Petrobras for 31 years, and has held several management positions in the Exploration and Production and Submarine Services and Contracting areas. Before being appointed to the Board of Executive Officers, he held the position of executive manager of Good and Service Procurement.

Rafael Mendes Gomes

diretor-rafael.jpgRafael Mendes Gomes is Governance and Compliance Executive Director. He is a graduate of the School of Law of the University of São Paulo (USP) and holds a graduate degree in Corporate Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and in Business in the Digital Age from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, in São Paulo (FGV/SP). In 2009, he completed the IESE Advanced Management Program, of the University of Navarra’s School of Business Administration, and obtained a Professional Certificate in Compliance and Ethics (CCEP) from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics. He served as a lawyer at the Tozzini, Freire Advogados corporate law firm, and as the Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel at Sun Microsystems. He served as the Legal Vice-President, General Counsel, and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer of Walmart Brasil Ltda., and was in charge of Walmart Brazil’s compliance program. He was a senior partner at Chediak Advogados, responsible for the Compliance and Investigation area.

Rafael Salvador Grisolia

diretor-rafael-grisolia.jpgRafael Salvador Grisolia is Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer. Rafae is a Production Engineer, holding an MBA from Coppead/UFRJ. Has a 30 year extensive career experience having worked at the financial department of Esso - an affiliate of ExxonMobil Corp., and at Cosan Combustíveis e Lubrificantes SA, held a position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Investor Relations Officer (IRO) of Cremer SA, CFO of Grupo Trigo SA, CFO and IRO of Inbrands SA. Since August 2017, as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Investor Relations Officer (IRO) at Petrobras Distribuidora SA (BR).
