Railroad Diesel Fuel
The railway sector counts on the diesel fuel that is sold the most in Brazil, the Interior Diesel. The diesel used by the engines is the same that supplies agricultural machines, tractors, combines, and freight and passenger transportation vehicles.
The characteristics that differentiate the Metropolitan Diesel include the maximum concentration of 1800 parts per million of sulfur, i.e., 0.18% of this element in the diesel, and the application of a red die in it to allow the consumers to readily recognize it.
