• For 2010, an 11% increase is expected in the number of hours worked compared to 2009. In 2010, the same rate of accidents recorded in 2009 is expected to be maintained. This is close to the international industry’s benchmarks of excellence, with excellent safety on the job, in spite of the significant increase in the company’s activities.
• The information in the company includes the amount of claims and criticisms received by the CSC s of Petrobras Controladora and Petrobras Distribuidora. The company’s goals for 2010 do not include the estimate for the CSC of Petrobras Distribuidora.
